How long will my order take to arrive to me and do you ship overseas?

We pride ourselves on being the fastest swim cap print service in New Zealand. 9 times out of 10 using printing your Swimcaps with us, we can deliver your order anywhere to you in New Zealand within 5-6 weeks of your order. We can also quote to ship World Wide on request, an additional freight charge may apply for this.

I want a proof before I go ahead, can you do this?

This is the first thing we do once we have your artwork, we apply it visually onto your swim cap colour choice. You can then see the finished proof result on your screen. We then provide a final quote for you before you order. 

Are there discounts for large event quantities?

Yes we currently can apply this upon your quantity application.

Are there any minimum orders for your custom caps?​ 

Yes we equire a minimum of 50+ caps to begin your order

Should I use Silicone or Latex swim caps?​ 

Silicone is by far the best favoured in the industry for durability. They are also thick and stretchy to provide a tighter superior fit once on. Ultimately it keeps the water out and stays on your head snugly!

Latex is a lesser quality finish to silicone and is also a much cheaper option for you. It is great for large events. They are super stretchy for getting on to your head easier.
